I am man the conquerer. I am one with the swamp.

Forty-two days of long, hard struggle have honed me to a sharp (albiet dirty) edge.

I've given up on rescue. I plan to stay and make this land my home.

... Is that a search party?

AHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Today, I wrestled more alligators.

But other than that, it was pretty calm.

I decided to do some more sexy posing.

In case some photographers showed up.

And (of course) I got mad when they didn't.

Bastards.

DAY 17

I think I've finally accepted my fate as the sole human inhabitant of this wilderness.

I am the king of this land, master of all I see!

Today, I did some sexy poses for all the non-existent photographers.

I wrestled alligators, porpoises, and a small (small) Cthulhu.

And I've even started leaving my stuff on the beach (just to show how much of a man I am.)

DAY 11

Today, I stalked whatever it was that has been stalking me.

I was quick, but it was quicker.

Thank goodness I had the range advantage.

And plenty of bandages. . .

I know you're out there. I heard you walking around last night.

You won't catch me off guard. Don't even try.

No matter how you come at me, I'll see you coming.

I'll see you coming, and I won't miss.

I'll find you, whoever you are.

I know you're out there.

. . . Out there.

Day 5. Still lost.

Found another box of ammo in the airship wreckage.

Long swim back to the shore.

Still no sign of any other survivors.

But somehow,

I get the feeling I'm not alone.

God, what a mess I've landed into this time.

The lone survivor of an airship crash.

One rifle, one box of rounds, my uniform ripped to shreds.

We may have crashed behind enemy lines. I can't be sure.

A long ways from anyone I know.

I may be in for a long stay.
